Teresa Rand is passionate about helping leaders achieve their dreams to climb the career ladder, earn their seat in the C-suite, and achieve inclusive leadership in the workforce. She believes that female leaders are responsible for reaching down the career ladder and helping other women advance in their careers. As a former CEO, Teresa managed up to $35 million and 1,000 plus employees. Through public speaking and client coaching, she inspires women to be their best selves.

As the daughter of a working mom in the 1970s, Teresa is keenly aware of the distance women have come towards workforce equality and how much further there is to go. Teresa is the founder of the Boss Lady Community and the Boss Lady Podcast that focus on women’s empowerment, gender equality, and women’s issues. Teresa holds a certificate in Women’s Leadership from E-Cornell University and a certificate in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the Workplace from the University of South Florida Muma College of Business.

Teresa holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Jacksonville University, is a certified Gallup Strengths and DISC, Codebreaker Coach, a John Maxwell Certified speaker, trainer, and coach, an E-Certified Virtual Presenter, and a National Speakers Academy Graduate and Member.

Teresa’s consulting clients include the Ladies Professional Golf Association Corporate Office, Embry Riddle Aeronautical University, and Brown and Brown Insurance Company. Teresa lives in Daytona Beach, Florida, with her husband, Bob Rand. They have five children and seven grandchildren. She has completed eleven marathons, multiple triathlons, an Outward-Bound sailing excursion, and a skydiving adventure in her spare time. She is currently an advanced certified yoga instructor and an ACE-certified personal trainer.
